If you think you have left an item of personal property on one of our vehicles, please complete the form on the right. Please ensure you describe the item and also try to remember the date and service number or private hire destination so we can try to locate the item for you.
We keep non-perishable foods for a period of 7 days and other items for a period of up to one month. Perishable foods are not retained more than 24 hours.
Items are available for collection from our office in Llanberis between 0600 and 1600 Monday - Friday, 0600-1000 Saturday.
Alternatively items may be posted to your home address upon receipt of the correct postage. We reserve the right to make a charge for the release of lost property, not exceeding £2.00.
